SMPGD’10

The 2010 edition of Statistical Methods for Post-Genomic Data workshop, SMPGD’10, will be held the 14th and 15th of January in Luminy, near Marseille.

This edition will welcome three invited speakers, three invited sessions and one contributed session. Among others, the following topics will be discussed:
  Epigenetics (ChIP)
  Networks Analysis
  Comparative Genomics
  Feature Selection and Statistical Learning

Contribution session

This session will include few presentations. All statistical aspects of genomic and post-genomic data analysis are welcome. Submission must be posted on the workshop website before December the 4th. Final decisions will be published before December the 11th.
