The goal of IPG (Integrative Post-Genomics) is to promote exchanges between scientists from different disciplines (biology, mathematics, computer sciences, physics) who are interested in the analysis and the data mining of the wealth of data generated by genome and post-genome projects, as well as the building of necessary modeling tools to gain system level thoughtful insights.
Invited speakers (Ido Amit, Frédéric Boccard, Alexander Bockmayr, Dario Floreano, Christophe Godin, Katherine S. Pollard, Ehud Shapiro, Lars Steinmetz) will be delivering state-of-the-art talks.
Topics of interest include (the list is not exhaustive):
genome analysis
evolutionary genomics and nuclear organization
transcriptome and proteome analysis
system biology
regulatory networks analysis
artificial life
modeling
data mining
