ProViz is a protein-protein interaction graphs visualisation tool. It uses the Tulip library to display graphs.

Public : Biologist who whishes to explore interaction graphs between biomolecules. These graphs can be produced by database search, conversion of PSI-MI files, computation (predictive methods).
