SeqinR is an R package devoted to exploratory data analysis and data visualisation of biological sequences (i.e. DNA and protein).

SeqinR includes utilities for sequence data manadgment under the ACNUC system. It is a shortcut for "Sequences in R" : seqinR is designed to provide an efficient access to sequence databases under R.
